Mid-week roundup

Twitter reveals a new multi-media function

A tweaked logo, and inclusion of video and picture, was unveiled by the company last night. There are many other online spaces that can be used to access picture and video content, but never before has the site displayed anything other than the 140 character messages. This development will make the Twitter website more useful for its users. The way in which these new features will be shown is via a split-screen making for an ‘easier, faster and richer’ experience.
